NiK joined Environ in 2018 as an Architectural Graduate with 4 years of commercial experience. NiK has prepared drawings, as-builts, design perspectives, construction documents, details, including many “conventional construction” framing plans. Tenant improvement projects include a theme attraction in the Queen Mary shipping vessel (Long Beach) & Excalibur Casino (Las Vegas), restaurants, retail in malls and casinos, large equipment manufacturing facilities, UNLV campus facilities, and office renovations including one for the City of Las Vegas. Core and shell projects include mixed use office renovation, adaptive reuse of an office tower podium, tilt-up concrete construction, and prefabricated metal building integration. He has assisted in master plans including a RV park, a non-profit organ procurement organization facility, and new production and retail campus for a distillery. Also assisted in schematic design, consultant coordination, and construction administration.
