With more than 25 years of experience, Carla designs with purpose and passion, and builds trusted client relationships. Her experience focuses on commercial office renovations, tenant improvements, retail financial institutions, government and a variety of workplace environments. As senior interior designer, she provides lead design and direct project teams on multiple, complex projects through all phases from proposal through construction. She values and is responsible for client engagement and communication, helping clients to realize their brand vision for their finished interior environment. This develops a strong working relationship with clients while providing guidance and advice. Carla’s passion for mentoring and executing the firm’s project goals distinguishes her as a leader, inspiring the team to push towards new boundaries and excellence.
